Self-defenseclasses in Alexandria

Practical skills to stay safe — escapes, control and awareness, taught by a BJJ black belt.

Real-world skills

EMMA’s self-defense class teaches practical skills for real situations: staying aware, escaping grabs and holds, and controlling an attacker until you can get away. It is led by Coach Belal Salah, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has coached for the Egyptian Armed Forces Navy.
