01Payments & no refunds
All memberships and classes are paid in advance, in cash at the gym or by InstaPay.
All payments are final. EMMA does not refund any membership, package or class once you have subscribed — including unused classes, unused months, or if you stop attending.
Membership fees cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or moved to another branch.
02Branches
EMMA trains at two branches — Roshdy and Kafr Abdo. Each branch has its own membership and prices, and a membership is valid only at the branch where it was bought.
03Plans & validity
Monthly plans are valid for 30 days from the start date. Classes not used within that period expire and do not carry over.
3, 6 and 12-month plans are valid for the stated period from the start date.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Freezing a membership is only possible with written approval from EMMA management.
04Schedule changes
EMMA may change class times, coaches or locations, or cancel a class when needed. Changes are announced on our website, Instagram or WhatsApp. Schedule changes do not entitle you to a refund.
05Health & safety
You confirm you are fit to take part in physical training, and you will tell your coach about any injury, illness or medical condition before class.
Martial arts carry a risk of injury. You train at your own risk and must follow your coach's instructions at all times.
Protective gear is required for sparring.
06Conduct
Respect coaches, members and staff. Keep good hygiene and use clean equipment.
EMMA may suspend or end a membership, without refund, in case of unsafe, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour.
07Members under 18
Members under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian to subscribe and train.
08Belongings
EMMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
09Photos & videos
Classes and events may be photographed or filmed for EMMA's website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, just tell your coach or message us.
10Privacy
We only use your name and phone number to manage your membership and contact you. We never sell or share your data. Message us anytime to update or delete it.
11Changes & contact
